School Music
Individual Choirs
The following groups will participate in choir activities during the year: kindergarten and grade 1, grades 2-3, grades 4-5, and grades 6-8. We strongly encourage you to have your child present when his/her choir sings. If you are not able to have your child there, please send a note to Mr. Hesterman.
Here is a list of dates that the individual choirs will be singing:
Kindergarten & Grade 1: Mar. 21, 10:45 @ Trinity
Grades 2-3: Oct. 11, 10:30 @ Peace; Jan. 17, 10:45 @ Trinity
Grades 4-5: Sept. 20, 10:45 @ Trinity; Feb. 7, 10:30 @ Peace
Grades 6-8: Nov. 15, 10:45 @ Trinity; Apr. 18, 10:30 @ Peace
School Musical
Every year Grades 1-8 participate in a spring musical. This year's musical is to be held on March 26, at 7:00 p.m. at Heartland Lutheran High School.
Advent Services
Every year our students lead the Advent services held at Trinity Lutheran Church. This year's schedule is as follows:
Wed., Dec. 2 - 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. - Grades 6-8
Wed., Dec. 9 - 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. - Grades 3-5
Wed., Dec. 16 - 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. - Grades K-2
Bell Choir
Students in grades 7 & 8 are given the opportunity to participate in the bell choir. In the past the students have performed not only for church services but also at the State Capitol in the Rotunda. Here are dates when the bell choir will perform.
Fri., Dec. 18, 7:00 p.m. @ Trinity Lutheran School
Tues., May 11, 7:00 p.m. @ Trinity Lutherann School
Tues., May 18, 7:00 p.m. @ Trinity Lutheran Church for 8th Grade Graduation
